Nagle Notes: Consistency

Hello friends,

When you try to accomplish anything, obstacles will pop up and disrupt the process. The most important part is consistency. It is about making progress, not about each decision. Here's a helpful video with some graphics that make my point a little clearer.

One of the easiest ways to help build a habit is the "2 days rule". You can take a day off, but you can't skip 2 days in a row. It helps if life get hectic and you need a day away. But you still have the discipline to continue building the foundation of the habit.

Onwards,
Nagle
