Nagle Notes: Focus vs Multitasking

Howdy friends,

Sometimes a task requires ultimate focus, taking a test or writing an essay. Other times you can do multiple things at once. Listen to a podcast while you talk a walk around the block. For this, you can easily do both things at a high level without focusing on either.

For simple tasks, we tend to overlook what we are doing. An activity like washing your hands we never focus and really concentrate on the activity at hand. This article from Raptitude emphasizes to "do what you are doing" which we tend to not actually do.

Going through the day being intentional is difficult, but it can make a good day, become a little better.

Onwards,
Nagle
