Nagle Notes: Crossed-Legs

Hello people of the future,

Is sitting cross-legged good for you? Unsurprisingly I asked myself this question while sitting crossed-legged, trying to find that comfortable position. Based on research, crossing your legs after sitting for a long time is your body’s way of engaging muscles to take the strain off your lower back. We should be looking at that habit as a signal to get up and move.

Side note but the difference between the two main types, European and figure-four, was used as a way to identify American spies in WW2.

Onwards,
Nagle
